Very convenient location. Good accommodation with a real taste of Morocco. The staff were very welcoming and helpful especially Ichamito who gave us lots of helpful information and went out of his way to help us even on our shopping trip. He had a brilliant sense of humour and made us laugh every day.The breakfasts were delicious. We would definitely go back again and recommend this place.

The hotel is situated in a quaint area, far away from the noise of the bustling city. It’s located in the medina, but it’s in a very quiet area. the surrounding areas of the hotel have a high level of security. guests who love seafood will love the fish restaurant nearby, as reviews mentioned. the rooms have a taste full decor, and the bathrooms come equipped with all the essential amenities. Guests have complimented the service and the breakfasts were also quite satisfactory. the hotel has a beautiful roof terrace with excellent views of the surrounding area.
Some guests felt that the transfers arranged by the hotel were expensive compared to other places, according to one review.

The owner was SO nice and helpful despite our strange schedules. Strongly recommend it.
Hard to find, like any riad. Call ahead and arrange the pickup or else you will have trouble finding it.

Its comfortable, clean and there´s a kind a friendly guy in the reception who helps you anytime you need it.
They only accept cash which is absolutely silly for the amount they are charging, even though there is a machine to pay with card!!!!. Also, the breakfast is poor and not attune with the context of the riad (nice and pricey hotel). It´s a pity that a beautiful place which could offer a good stay and nice experience in Rabat vanishes its beauty with silly things like these!

The rooftop terrace had a beautiful view for watching the New Year fireworks and enjoying the city lights. the staff offered helpful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city's main tourist sites.
The room was poorly maintained with grime in the bathroom and mold in the shower. the air conditioning unit was also faulty and malfunctioned during the night.

The location of this riad is good. It is clean and the plumbing functional with lots of hot and cold water. Breakfast is a enhanced continental breakfast with an extra few things added each day (a nice touch). We would definitely stay at this Riad again if we are in Rabat.
Like most Riads, it is hard to find having no street sign marking it. Have the hotel email you a copy of their detailed map of that corner of the medina before you leave. It would have made finding them much easier. It would be nice if the Riad could add a divider wall/galss/curtain between the shower and bathroom sink area.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area of the city, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The staff gave clear indications about the transportation and the location, making my arrival smooth. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were noteworthy. Breakfast was ample and satisfying.
Nothing could have been better.

Very nicely rehabilited and designed Riad in the heart of the Medina of Rabat. As for all Riads, one should call on arrival and fix a pick-up location - by all means, there is no way to find it alone. Pick up works perfect! Friendly owner who cares for the guests. Although the room we had was very small, we did not miss a thing.

We received a truly warm welcome at Artriad. Hisham made every effort to make sure we were comfortable, even getting up at 6am to serve us breakfast before our early departure for the airport on Sunday. Always a big smile on his face, he played cards with the kids, patiently explained how to find our way through the medina and what to visit at Rabat! His friendly and warm welcome, combined with the cosiness and comfortable rooms at Artriad made us really feel at home! A wonderful experience! Thank you Hisham for taking such good care of us!
Nothing. The only downside was the meal we had at Riad Kaala which, although delicious and served in a beautiful setting, was rather highly priced for Moroccan standards! A shame because I am sure it makes clients think twice about eating at the Riad!

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the old city center and experiencing the traditional riad accommodations style. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made us feel at home. They provided us with great recommendations for places to visit and eat in the neighborhood and even escorted us to the hotel's entrance, which was helpful given the narrow streets.
The hotel's entrance was difficult to locate and we had trouble finding it on arrival. The room we were assigned to was quite damp and the bedding felt a little damp as well.

This is quite possibly the best hotel in morocco. This is not because it is so luxurious, although it was nice, but because we were treated like family. Well done hicham!

Artriad is a wonderful small riad hotel in the heart of the Rabat medina. The location is excellent. The rooms are impeccable and the service from riad management and staff is personal and truly hospitable. We were looked after so well by Hisham and his team and we look forward to our next visit.
